In our retreat programs, we provide multiple experiences which encompasses physical, mental and social wellbeing of the individual. The activities represent gratitude, prayers, devotion, expression, acceptance, losing and finding oneself as pure awareness.  

Our retreat programs are tailor made to embrace universal energies like space, air, fire, water and earth along with integration of Yoga, chanting and meditation.

Shivoham Retreat 

Arrival 8 AM
Introduction and Instructions 8 AM – 8:30 AM
Fire ceremony and Shiva chanting 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Silent meditation 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Rest 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Lunch 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
What is Shiva 1:30 PM – 2 PM
Silent meditation 2 PM – 3 PM

Rishikesh Retreat
