Our Journey

Pinki is a certified mindfulness coach, Yogini, hiker, avid meditator, Reiki healer and passionate about teachings of Ayurveda and holistic living.

Mohit is an advanced Yoga practitioner, hiker, avid meditator and also passionate about teachings of Ayurveda and holistic living.

Both Pinki and Mohit have come across teachings of many great teachers on their journey such as Osho, Vipasana by Goenkaji, Brahmkumaris, swami nityananda and Yogananda Parmhansa but their seeking stopped immediately when they came across the teachings of great saint Ramana Maharishi and Master Papaji.

We’re not teachers rather open to sharing what we follow and practice in our lives on daily basis.

Suffering a.k.a. Growth

Mohit was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis at quiet young age. His quality of life started deteriorating and he had no clue how to cure this disease. His hospital visits increased each year and was put on immunosuppressants to suppress the symptoms. His suffering made him explore the teachings of many masters who pointed on healing beyond gross levels. Over the years, Mohit had adopted Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle, integrated Yoga and Meditation and chanting which has helped him in his healing journey.

Pinki had challenges with emotional imbalance and weight management whilst growing up. Also, the stress of her previous marriage completely broke her. That’s when she came across teachings and wisdom of many masters, which inspired her for self-healing and self-love. She started learning about meditation, Yoga, herbs and Ayurveda. Over the years, Pinki has been providing mindfulness coaching and Yoga sessions, and has been sharing her self-healing wellness journey with many.

Togetherness

We both have been married before and had terrible marital relationships, where our suffering was our teacher and pointed us to go inward and seek true love.

When Pinki was going through her tough times, Mohit was there to elevate her and help her in getting through. When Mohit was going through his tough times, Pinki was there to guide and support. This special connection between us made us realise what true companionship looks like and how we can grow with each other being together. Finally, we decided to get married and be with each other.

Being together brought a sense of shared purpose and that is creating a wellness network where we share the knowledge and wisdom with many others and inspire them on their self-healing journey. Welcome to the birth of PinkMonk.
